Placed the receiver up to 900 feet from the transmitter which gives you flexibility in placement. Don’t you just love wireless technology? I do!  It works in all weather conditions so hanging the transmitter outside will not be an issue. There are no cords to deal with, and no hard wiring which is a dream! Just a 12 volt 23A battery in the transmitter is needed – and they give you one which is always a huge bonus in my book 

You can mount the transmitter using the two screws and anchors provided, or the 3M double sided mounting tape – even more options. Want more? The receiver works with up to 10 different transmitters.  so you can place one receiver in the house, and add transmitters to perimeter fences, garage doors, anywhere a visitor may show up. 

Pros – easy to install, easy to use, great volume, chime choices, quality and style.

Cons – hard to choose just one chime with so many choices. 

Overall, this is a great Wireless Doorbell Home Kit that comes with everything you need. It was practically ready straight out of the box – didn’t even have to pair the units. I would highly recommend this doorbell for home and or business use.  This unit is made very well and is very durable.
