There’s no mixing and no special prep to use this mask – it’s ready to use straight from the jar. I applied the mask to my cleansed face and let it sit for 10 minutes.

A very important note: DO NOT apply this mask close to your eyes or mouth. When it dries – it dries TIGHT, and you will barely be able to move your mouth or eyes if you apply it to close to these areas – just be aware when you apply.

 

I personally love the tight feeling of the mask once it dries on my face. It goes on looking like mud, perhaps a cleaner version of mud if that is possible, and then dries to a greenish-grey color. The tightening and color change are a great indicator to let you know when the mask is ready to be removed.

I simply rinsed my face in tepid water with my hands and dried my face with a facial sponge. 

Oh Wow!  My face was absolutely glowing afterwards, and I swear the next morning it felt like every impurity had been removed in the rinse! My face looked and felt just as good, if not better than it feels after a spa treatment, which we all know can cost a pretty penny.

I use this mask about once a week, especially when my skin is wreaking havoc all over my face. It works, it works, and. . .it WORKS! Recommendations on the label state that you should not use this mask more than once a week, and honestly, I think I will prorbably cut  back to twice a month, because I think that’s all I really need.
