There are a ton of new weight loss supplements on the market today and usually, I shy away from them. No pain, no gain, blah blah blah. Every now and then I just want a little something that might assist me when I am trying to lose weight.
I did my homework on this before committing to using it, I chose Vita Optimum Garcinia Cambogia Extract because it contains 60% HCA. has no fillers or binders, no artificial ingredients and it’s a calcium free formula. It’s very important to me to do the research before I put any kind of supplement in my body.
I have been taking this supplement for a month and my results were good for what I expected them to be. I know this supplement blocks fat and decreases cravings. I have a vicious crave cycle and it visits me almost every night – at chocolate o’clock!. I’m a bit worse than a night owl, and snacking while I work is very compelling for me, hence the reason for Garcinia Cambogia.
After a month of diligent use of 2 pills twice a day before breakfast and dinner for a total of meals for a total of 2000mg per day, I have noticed that my cravings have decreased dramatically. I love to eat breakfast, but lunch and dinner I felt I could do without, so I wound up eating a bit less. Caveat. I read on WebMD about the side effects which include nausea, headaches, and or digestive tract discomfort. I’ve seen other Garcinia Cambogia reviews where some have even described chest pain as well. Please be careful and talk with your doctor before choosing any supplement.
I have not experienced any side effects, but I can honestly tell you in the most lady-like fashion that my digestion is not only fine, it actually improved which was actually another bonus.
