Foxbrim 100% Organic Jojoba Oil Reviews
I’ve tried other products by Foxbrim in the past which I have really liked, especially their Foxbrim Seaweed Complex Lotion, so I have come to expect quality products from them.
Foxbrim 100% Pure Organic Jojoba Oil comes in a nice big 4-oz bottle with a glass dropper. Upon first sight and scent, this oil is yellow in color and smells very nutty with a slight undertone of something I just cannot identify. Used undiluted, the scent will only linger for a few minutes – no worries about walking around smelling like a nut all day.
Some of the best uses I’ve found for this oil include removing my makeup. It works great to dissolve my makeup, especially my eye makeup, and it does not leave my skin feeling too dry or too oily.
I use this oil to dilute my essential oils such as tea tree, lavender, peppermint, etc. Using the Jojoba oil makes it possible to use essential oils directly on my skin. During allergy season I mix it with my peppermint oil and dab a little bit on one wrist when I venture outside. When I start to feel congestion or sneezing coming on, I just sniff the peppermint oil and it helps to relieve my symptoms.
I also tried putting a few drops in some regular body lotion I purchased and it actually boosted the moisturizing effect of the lotion. It left my skin feeling softer and smoother without any unpleasant odor.
My favorite use comes at night. I hate having chapped lips with a passion, so I keep all sorts of lip balms (and vaseline) in my nightstand to deal with my dry lips immediately. With the Jojoba oil I take a few drops on my finger and smooth it across my lips and the next day they feel plump, moist and supple – fully hydrated and moisturized.
There are some other things I’m going to try doing with this oil, but overall, I think it is a superior product.
