Time for Big Brother 16 Updates and Spoilers Weekend Wrap once again. I apologize first, because this is going to be a short post. . .too much to do to get ready for tomorrow. Anyways, let’s dive right in.

Thursday ended with Derrick and Frankie winning dual HOH’s (wonder when and if this duality is going to end). Nominees were Caleb/Cody via Derrick, and Christine/Donny via Frankie. The Bomb Squad and The Detonators had to pick amongst themselves who would go up on the block. Caleb stated that whomever was going up was just going to have to suck it up. . .”it’s part of the game”. Zach was VERY reluctant to go up on the block for the team seeing as he was almost sent home a week ago. Christine (I call her the ferret – forgive me) proclaimed she did not want to go on the block as well. The number one man in control, Derrick came in and I believe he was the one who suggested assigning a skittle color to each member of the alliance and picking the nominees in that manner. That’s how Caleb and Cody were lucky enough to sit upon the throne, Cody in his first appearance.

BOB was then played and the winners were Christine and Donny. It was very apparent to Donny that Christine was trying to throw the competition. Caleb was even trying to sabotage Christine and Donny in order to win. They’re all complaining about the fact that production is making it harder to throw the competitions due to the failed attempt by Caleb to throw the last BOB where, ahem, Beast Mode Cowboy actually sat out. We later learned that when he saw Frankie was winning by himself, Caleb tried to get back in the game, but production would not allow it. I’m really over the constant throwing of comps this year. All in the name of so-called strategy. This season is so bland and predictable.

Next, time for the Veto and your players are. . .everyone except Derrick and Zach. No chance for Zach to save himself this week, but we will get to that in a minute. Your Veto winner is Frankie (sigh). With Cody and Caleb on the block, Zach is now the backdoor option. Frankie will definitely use the POV on Caleb (his new boy toy) most likely, and place Zach up next to Cody. Looks like Zach has run out of time which is too bad, because for some strange reason, I really like this kid.

In other news, ZingBot makes an appearance and has some harsh things to say to the HG’s. I won’t spoil those for you, but I will say that some of them were very truthful. Kathy Griffin also entered the house and you know how real she can be. One of the zings I will mention, because it deals with a subject that has been coming up a lot lately inside and outside of the house. ZingBot apparently made reference to Christine and Cody’s constant touching and cuddling in the house, with Christine being a married woman. This made her and Cody very upset, quite defensive in fact. Christine was worried about what her husband and family, and her Pastor would think. Cody, I think, was feeling somewhat ashamed, but then brushed it off as what they do being no big deal. As a married woman myself, I can guarantee that my husband would be feeling some kinda way if I was constantly snugged up with a man like that on national television even. Just my opinion. . .

Quick breakdown of the current two alliances. Well, there’s really only one which is The Detonators, which include Frankie, Derrick, Cody, Christine and Zach. The Bomb Squad is essentially the same alliance, but also includes Caleb. Yes he is out of the loop. Donny is alone and all eyes are on Zach for the loss this week. The plan last week was to get rid of either Donny or Victoria this week. But I think we all knew that if anyone had the chance, Zach was getting the boot.
