If you know me, you know I’m a fan of facial products that contain vitamin C and green tea. Foxbrim Vitamin C Lotion fits the bill because not only does it contain vitamin C, there are other great ingredients including aloe, jojoba oil, and my all time fave green tea.

Foxbrim Vitamin C Lotion Review

Now I’ve only been using this particular moisturizer for a little over two weeks at the time of this post, but so far. . .so good! It’s light and does not make my skin feel tacky or greasy, just soft and supple. I have to admit the first time I used it, I was ever so slightly taken aback by the scent. I wasn’t really able to identify it and it seemed slightly “off”. At the time I was suffering from a case of congestion, and realized that it was making other items smell “off” as well.

I battled the congestion, and went back in for another whiff! With clear passages the smell was no longer in the least offensive. In fact, when I took another good long whiff, I was presented with a hint of nuttiness (probably the jojoba oil) with after notes of green tea. Whatever – all of that to say it actually smells pretty good.

Application is really smooth and it leaves my skin feeling nice and soft. It absorbs quickly without leaving my face with that tight and dry feeling. As for the full effect, the one thing I notice most about vitamin C is the brightening – not lightening effect it has on my skin. I’m not claiming any miracles here, but I can say that Foxbrim Vitamin C Lotion has thus far done a good job at keeping my skin nicely hydrated and my face does not look dull or. . .bleh!

Overall, I like this moisturizer and the fact that it is natural and organic. I don’t want any harsh chemicals on my face and Foxbrim contains nothing which irritates or complicates!
