Body Merry Review: How do I get happy in the morning, I usually start by lightly cleansing my skin and prepping my face for the day. Afterwards, I apply the Hyaluronic Dew Serum with vitamin C and green tea. I don’t know if it is just me, but I get a subtle scent of green tea and it has a very faint green tea-ish color. I drink green tea most mornings, so the scent is very familiar.
Although the serum is thick, it goes on nice and smooth and helps to keep my face hydrated without too much of that shiny look. You may feel a bit of tackiness on your fingers from the residual serum, but it does not feel tacky when applying, while it’s drying, or once it is dry. Since using this for the past three weeks, my skin seems to have a more toned appearance.
How do I get happy at night? This time calls for a more thorough cleansing to remove the dirt and grime of the day. After washing my face and using a toner, it’s time for the Pro-A Serum with 2.5% Retinol, which makes this the first serum I have tried with more than 1% Retinol. Hyaluronic acid and green tea are also ingredients in this serum, so it is in keeping with the Hyaluronic Dew Serum. That makes for a double dose daily. There’s no tacky feeling and it applies nice and smooth.
In the short amount of time I have been using the Pro-A Serum and the Hyaluronic Dew Serum, my results are subtle, however noticeable nonetheless. Bad reactions, breakouts and/or rashes have not been an issue for my sensitive skin. However, in the first week I used the Pro-A serum every other day so that my skin had time to adjust. Overall, I like the way they make my skin feel hydrated with a really healthy glowing appearance. With each serum, a little goes a long way.
Body Merry does not contain any parabens, sulfates or phthalates, which is one of the first things I look for when choosing any serum. I can see myself using them as part of a complete system of skin care, and I am actually growing quite fond of the Pro-A Retinol Serum. The fragrances are subtle and light, refreshing and not overpowering.
