Let me start by telling you this is a long post. I’m a bit hyper for this hour of the night, but my fingers are at the ready so let’s get started, shall we?
Well, no surprise Nicole left Thursday night right? After her expected departure, the first HoH of the night is played, and your winner is
Derrick
He puts up Christine and Victoria, but we knew that was coming. This move is the strike at Christine. Before nominations Derrick had Godfather type meetings in the bedroom. One by one they streamed in. Christine enters and gives Derrick a great big double handed up in the air high-five. Words were spoken, but I couldn’t hear, and I didn’t replay it. Whatever was said, we all knew she was going home if she did not win Veto. Caleb and Cody have their time and it’s basically just reassurance that votes are for Christine to go. Frankie has his theatrical turn and it’s time for Veto. Your winner (nails on a chalkboard). . .
Frankie
Even though all of the boys gave it up to each other – you know, bro hugs – for the alliance win, Christine, I believe, was completely oblivious as to what was about to happen.
Now it’s Frankie’s turn to hold auditions. They each stream in one by one and we still know what is about to happen. Frankie decides to keep the nominations the same. The votes are in. “Christine, you have been evicted from the Big Brother house”. The look on her face was that of pure shock. She promptly stood up and made a B-line for the door without so much as giving a look to any of her house mates. . .including and most surprisingly CODY!!
On her way out of the house we hear what we have probably heard only two other times in Big Brother History. Boo, boooooo, BOOO, boo. This girl is still in shock during her entire exit interview with Julie.
In related news, the houseguests are floored when they hear Christine get booed. They speculate that maybe she was booed because of her Diary Room sessions being critical of other houseguests, “especially Frankie” says Frankie. Or maybe it’s because of her relationship with Cody in the house, being a married woman and all. If I am in tune with America, I think Christine was booed for several reasons.
1. She turned on Nicole and caused her to get evicted by placing her on the block as a renom.
2. Her relationship with Cody in the house, being a married woman and all
3, Her pure hatred and her overuse of the word hate for her fellow houseguests.
4. Her relationship with Cody in the house, being a married woman and all.
Now Cody is worried that he will get booed upon his exit. All of them are freaking out a bit about the same fate befalling each of them. Frankie, not so much. He says that anyone who evicts him from the house will get booed. I personally think the only other person who may be booed (over use of THAT word) will be Frankie. Not quite as bad as Christine, but a smattering may be heard. We’ll see.
Julie tells of a twist which we find out is a Rewind. If the houseguests press the button the week will be reset. The button appears before the second HoH competition. They discuss whether they should press it or not. Beast Mode Cowboy is speculating away about what will happen when the button is pressed. Cody is like a kid in a candy store. Derrick is of course the voice of reason. They don’t push it just yet. HoH is played and the winner is
Frankie. . .again.
I think we all knew at that moment who was going up. . . YES! Victoria and Cody. Frankie shows his allegiance to Caleb and Derrick by making this move. The only way this gets messed up for Frankie is if Cody or Victoria win Veto and remove themselves from the block. He would then have to show his final two, but for now his secret is safe. By the way, they decide to press the button after a group deliberation. Wednesday we will see a rewind and the whole week will be played in that one night – at least that is how I think it will go down.
BBAD Saturday
We open the scene with Caleb in the Beehive room. He is talking to us live feeders and BBAD-ers. Letting us know that he will be ready to date once he gets out. Wanting a t-shirt that says Beast Mode Cowboy when he gets out so he can wear it at the airport and represent. How we all can come to his birthday party this November (somewhere in New York), but bring your sweatshirts, because it might be a bit chilly. I am so entertained by him! Not quite like Zach, but he keeps it dumb funny. He says “come hunting with the FatNeck Boys”. He wants to maybe give out some free hunts after the show. Good stuff!
Scene Two – Derrick alone in the room. He’s shouting out to use feeders, telling us to stay up with them if we want to see some good TV. Tonight is the Team America mission. They have to convince the other houseguest that a rodent is loose in the house while trying to keep them up all night. Wonder if Donny will still partake in the money earned after his eviction. Not much else with Derrick.
Cut to – Frankie. He is totally in ham for the cam mode. on like any actor would be. He is talking about how Frankie is in the Fabulous Final Four. “Go hashtag that. . .right now! Get it trending. Hashtag #FabulousFrankieFinalFour” (Don’t hold your breath). He is putting on his usual show. He starts by telling us he is so thrilled to be in the final four (remember Victoria is not gone yet), and how this is the greatest experience of his life, EVER. Even better than. . .wait. . .he thinks about it, then says directly to us that his charity work in Africa, “Obviously”, was his greatest experience. How people in the villages did not know about Justin Bieber or Madonna. “I’m working my tail off to hopefully give yall some money so I can write a big hefty check. I find it completely hilarious that once he starts talking about his charity and what he wants to build and blah blah. . .we get FISH! Kharma!
I saw a couple of fish swim by and we are back with Veto results. Drop the drums! Frankie wins. . . again! Guess Derrick will now have to sacrifice his little obedient lamb Victoria to the Gods. . .I mean Frankie. We know that Caleb is voting Cody to stay, so Derrick has to play cards and throw down his Ace. Even, if for some strange reason Derrick decides to vote out Cody, Frankie breaks the tie. Not quite sure which way he would go, but I think at this point, since they have stuck to the plan this long, Frankie will probably send Victoria home. If he sends Cody home, it could be considered the biggest move in the game, in my humble opinion, and that is not saying much. Meanwhile, Frankie, in a room all alone with no one but the cameras, tells us just how much he has done in the game. “ Nine competitions. Wow! I’m a beast!”
On a final note, Julie also informed us that Jeff and Jordan would be making an appearance in the house for a special announcement. Well I have just confirmed that Jeff proposed to Jordan while in the house and the houseguests were there to witness. I think it is pretty cool that these two came back to where it all started and decided to continue their lives together. One of the most memorable seasons and the best little love story Big Brother ever created. Can’t wait to see it on Sunday’s show.
Well, that’s it for Big Brother 16 Updates & Spoilers Weekend Wrap 9/7 . . .finally! Until next time. Discuss!
